Hey everyone, I just started my new twitter account since I wanted to tweet more of vendetta related, random related blurbs. I just couldn’t seem to do that with my old twitter account since I had nothing but musicians following me. Now don’t expect me twitting “sitting on the toilet”, “dropped a cherrio”, “im high and drunk”. I think those are boring ass tweets; who wants to know that? I sure don’t. If I’m following someone is because I am interested in what 140 character rant they are going to say. So I finally got around to adding a new category to our store which is called; Kast’s Art Gallery. It will feature paintings, photos, and custom dolls that Kast himself creates. Some of you that got your hands on exclusive Kast creation will now be able to come and purchase them right here. Question:

“An eye for an eye or forgive but don’t forget?”

Did you know that the origin of this saying was in fact a law from the hebrew bible? It dates back to the times of Christ. You probably didn’t. To this day many people believe and enforce this metaphor. Even after over 2,000 years. We can clone animals, we can choose the gender of our children, yet our ignorance hasn’t evolved to the point where our common sense is still very undeveloped. Is it really okay to cause harm to those who have harmed you? In my perspective an eye for an eye makes the whole world blind.

A few days ago I stumbled onto a discussion about a 15 year old kid that murdered 2 people. Somebody said he should be put on Death Row. A life for a life is what they said. Amongst other excuse as to why not to put him on death row was that he is only a kid; and that the people he killed were in the same lifestyle so they knew what they were getting in to. Is it just to kill, because an individual has killed? How is that justice? Taking a life regardless of the circumstances is still unjust. Its funny how an eye for an eye is a religious belief, as well as thou shall not kill. How is it that we are using both these religious rules against each other. Now you may not be religious, but at some point you have to have common sense. At least enough to know that an eye for an eye in fact does make the whole world blind.

I believe that no matter how impossible things look like, you can’t go on without trying. Sometimes we have to let go of the chains that hold us in a place we don’t have to be. We cannot hide our face in fear, go crazy and hate our life. It takes bravery, strength, support, and love ones to be there in our life decisions. Sometimes is not about holding your chin up and looking up, sometimes is about putting your chin down in humbleness and learn from what God is giving you. Learn to live in serenity, peace and show unconditional love.
